By purchasing a course from Faith Over Fear Nurse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase our courses and or digital products.
Course Enrollment
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the course materials. Job placement is not guaranteed, and this course along with digital products are for educational purposes only.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Thinkific. You agree to pay the full course fee at the time of enrollment. No refunds, charge backs or financial disputes will be honored.
The Recipient agrees to not make any chargebacks to the Providers account or cancel the credit card or billing method used without the prior written consent of the Provider. In the event a chargeback or merchant dispute is commenced by the Recipient with their bank for the services received under which payment was owed, and Recipient was successful in recovering funds, the Provider will provide this contract to the bank as well as evidence of your receipt of services. The Provider reserves the right to report any chargeback incident to credit reporting agencies as a delinquent account.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature and downloads of resources and products within this course NO refunds will be issued for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Virginia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of the state of Virgina.
